These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maarg Solutions' recruitment and staffing services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided
Maarg Solutions provides the following recruitment and staffing services:
- Talent Acquisition: Finding and shortlisting candidates for open roles
- Temporary & Contract Staffing: Supplying staff for short-term projects or seasonal work
- Executive Search: Sourcing senior-level or specialized professionals
- Bulk Hiring Solutions: Large-scale recruitment drives
Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete job descriptions and requirements
- Respond promptly to candidate submissions and interview requests
- Conduct interviews and selection processes in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Pay agreed fees according to the payment terms
- Not directly approach candidates for other positions without our consent
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
Candidate Obligations
As a candidate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume and applications
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
- Attend scheduled interviews and assessments
- Notify us immediately of any changes in availability or circumstances
- Honor commitments made to client companies
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the process
- Respect confidentiality of client information
Fees and Payment
Client Fees
- Permanent placement fees are typically 15-25% of the candidate's annual salary
- Temporary staffing fees are charged on an hourly/daily/monthly basis
- Executive search fees may be charged on a retainer basis
- Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
- Late payment may incur interest charges
Candidate Fees
Our services to candidates are provided free of charge. We never charge candidates for job placement or career services.
Replacement Guarantee
For permanent placements, we offer the following replacement guarantee:
- 0-30 days: 100% fee refund or free replacement
- 31-60 days: 75% fee refund or free replacement
- 61-90 days: 50% fee refund or free replacement
Guarantee applies only if the candidate leaves involuntarily or is terminated for performance reasons, not for misconduct or violation of company policies.
Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Business strategies and proprietary information
- Salary and compensation details
- Personal information of candidates and clients
- Internal business processes and procedures
- Any other sensitive information shared during the recruitment process
Limitation of Liability
Maarg Solutions' liability is limited as follows:
- We conduct reasonable background checks but cannot guarantee accuracy of all candidate information
- We are not responsible for candidate performance after placement
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Clients are responsible for their own hiring decisions and employment practices
Termination
These Terms may be terminated:
- By either party with 30 days written notice
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Immediately for non-payment of fees
- Immediately for violation of confidentiality obligations
Termination does not affect obligations for services already provided or fees already incurred.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Changes to Terms
